When using login to the Azure portal I get a strange redirect to https://account.activedirectory.windowsazure.com/* with which ask me to enter password details, which I've never encountered before, the website also looks very "phising compatible" which make me question it's authenticity...
Is it safe to continue?

Looks like the Self-service password reset experience (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/authentication/tutorial-enable-sspr), but best check with your admin.
