troubles intalling windows on my build pc

I build my own pc and im having trouble installing windows on it. it says " no signed devices drivers were found " any idea can i do ?

    The error is sometimes seen when using USB 3 ports.

    See if using a USB 2 port makes any difference.

    Might try downloading directly from the mobo or hardware manufacturer. Make sure to install the mobo chipset as first step. The chipset allows the operating system to find and use devices integrated into the mother board.
