We have different Data Factory resources in Dev, Test & production environments.
And there are Pipeline activities running with Azure IR and few pipeline with Data flows running with SHIR.
Few versions of pipelines are stale, and we are not using them for any of the data loads.
We wanted to calculate the price for the pipeline runs categorized on the activities and IR consumptions.
Please let us know how we can access the information (with & without Log Analytics/ADX). Can we use KQL to extract the data and store it in Azure SQL in custom tables to run Power BI reports on top of the data.

Please let me know if there is any documentation or process, we can achieve this.

    The first step is to start with the ADF Pricing Calculator as this is estimates so will provide a good start to understand the pricing.data-pipeline

    Also check the FAQs under the page as it will answer most of the queries.

    As I understand you've an issue with your billing, I recommend you to create a billing support ticket which is free of cost. The ticket enables you to work closely with the support engineers and get a quick resolution to your issue.
