Cannot create a subscription

Question

Hi,

The simple task of creating a subscription and allocating a management group to it results in "Failed to create "XXX_PROD_sub" subscription. Subscription is not created. Please try again later."

I have created two other subscriptions and are deleting a third one (as I allocated it to the wrong management group), but now I cannot create a new one.

I wanted to create a support ticket but it wants a subscription, which I cannot create.

Anyhow, if someone can please point me in the right direction, it would be great.
