Regarding Exam

On my exam day I did my system testing and provided all the information then I got a call from the team and asked for the test space area and shows them the test space as well and it went well.
I did not get any questions and it directly asked for the survey and stopped the exam. I’m unable to complete the test.

Can you please help me with what happened to the Test?
Why did not I receive any questions?
