Error connecting certification profile

Question

Hello,
Can you please help me to connect a certification profile? I can't connect the ESI account to my learning profile. I talked for several days with colleagues from general support, they investigated and there seem to be a series of complications of my personal profile in the Learning portal. They referred me to you for help.
