Email Communication Service setup - only Data Location option is the United States

Question

Our Communication Service is setup with a Data Location of "Europe" (this is what we want as we are based in Ireland as our most of our customers).

• When trying to create a new Email Communication Service
• then the only Data Location option available in the dropdown is "United States" (see screenshot)

We need to select Europe here because the data location of the Email Communication Service must match the data location of the Communication Service.

Currently Email in Azure Communication Services is in Public Preview and the data location is limited to United States. Please note below excerpt from the documentation pages:

This feature of Azure Communication Services is currently in public preview. Preview APIs and SDKs are provided without a service-level agreement, and are not recommended for production workloads.
