I am not able to schedule my AZ-900 exam after it got cancelled by proctor.

I scheduled the AZ-900 certification exam from the link I got after attending the Microsoft Azure Virtual Training: Fundamentals. The exam was scheduled for 31st Dec 2022 but due to some issue proctor cancelled it as he was facing an issue. I contacted Pearson Vue customer support and they said to communicate with the organization from where I get the offer to schedule the exam with Pearson Vue. Please check this issue and let me know how I can schedule the exam again. For the reference please check the screenshot of the mail which I had got to schedule the exam.275720-image.png
