Unable to connect certification profile

I have tried to schedule for the MS-900 over 10 times over the past 2 workdays and run into the same issue over and over.
I've tried linking the accounts in the Settings "Account Management" section and the connected certification profile section.
I've tried scheduling with Pearson Vue > using my work email for the exam discount.
I've tried on 2 different personal computers and the "inPrivate" mode on my work device.
All with no success.
I can schedule with Pearson Vue without linking the accounts, but I am being charged full price for the exam.

Can anyone help?
