I couldn't retrieve my az-900 certification

Hello,

I completed the test and earned AZ-900 Certifications on April 22, 2020. It's been a while As I tried to retrieve that and continue with other courses, I couldn't retrieve then I tried to reset the Access Code here (https://mcp.microsoft.com/MCP/Home/ResetCode) but it said, it couldn't verify my information, hope I get some help here.
