Access Policy Contol

Hi all,

I have Global Admin rights (owner) but cannot access the "Access Policy" for an application. The Access Policy was set by an administrator who recently left the company. Trying to edit the Access Policy throws an "unauthorized" error. The problem is that key certificates were allowed to expire on Dec 31, 2022. The auto-renewal had been turned off, and I am not on the notification list. Is there a way to access and edit the Access Policy? I tried Powershell but was "unauthorized.
