Azure Clouds skill Security Challenge Profile.

Hi,

Looking advice for below questions:

1. I'm a working professional and want to know from which profile ID (Microsoft personal ID or work ID) should I take the Azure Clouds Skill challenge.
2. If I take from my personal Microsoft ID will it be recorded to work ID?
