Have you checked your Pearson Vue dashboard? You can get to it using link below. You will need to sign in with the account you used to schedule your exam (if you aren't already). Be patient, there will be multiple delays for several seconds each while it redirects, don't refresh your page. Once you are at your Pearson Dashboard you should see your appointment and if it is at least 24 hours away you can reschedule it. Since you said you have multiple profiles you may need to sign out/sign in and repeat the process for each one. Here is the link:
