Unable to translate full sentence

Question

I'm using translatior api to translate from zh-hant to en
the api cannot correctly translate full sentence
----
example:
見面會有看過，我只記得不夠用，拿紙箱來寫字
result:
I just remember not enough to take cardboard boxes to write

expected result (tested with google translate):
I have seen it at the meeting, I just remember that it is not enough, use a cardboard box to write
----
from the example
the first part (見面會有看過) is missing from the result
what could be the problem here

@Josh Try to remove the second comma in the text and try again?
I just tried the same with my resource and it seems to translate the whole sentence without the second comma.
