Completed certification is not visible in dashboard

Hi there,

I completed and passed my MS-900 exam in late December, it's been over 48 hours and I can't see the certification or transcript in my dashboard. It is also worth noting that in the lead-up to my exam I couldn't view my upcoming exam from the dashboard and had to access it through an email link.

Any advice would be appreciated, thanks.
