Hi
I built a sharepoint to host the content for Viva learning. I have a folder with the columns that I think meet what the manuals suggest. I have a repository and when I go to Viva learning in Teams it says that I have access to the sharepoint. Still, the content is not displayed; it has been weeks since I created the assets. I am using 3 different formats to test it (MP4, PPT and an external link).
Any ideas? What am I doing wrong?

    Hi,

Are you by any chance using M365 groups for permissions instead of SharePoint groups? Please check this and verify in the configuration, sharepoint-permissions

    Hope this helps.

Hello. I have a similar problem. I add the files that exist at sharepoint site, without problems to Viva Learning Tab at Teams, but the own content is showed without thumbnail, only with the default cover. I add the thumbnail field to the configuration of the sharepoint site. User's image

    Any idea? Thanks in advance
