Not able to create Databricks workspace though I have a free Azure account created in April 2022.

When you not able to create databricks workspace - are you experiecing any error message?
Please do share the error message to understand your issue and provide the solution accordingly.
NO issue as of now, as I was able to get my free MS Azure account yesterday and hence can see the Create button for the workspace creation.
If I encounter any issues in the coming days, I will come with the error message. Thank you...Rajesh
