I need to move my teams account from a free to this one

Question

I have accidentally created a teams account on my free Microsoft account when I wanted to use my work account with 365 licenses.

Can I move it?

You could either delete your Microsoft Teams free edition:

Delete your Teams free organization

Or you could consider upgrading your Microsoft Teams free edition to a subscription based Teams.

You could update the technical contact information in Microsoft 365 admin center > go to the Settings > Org settings page.
