Azure Hybrid Connection manager is using up all ports until it crashes TCPIP on the server.

When I run a netstat this is an example of what I see.

[Microsoft.HybridConnectionManager.Listener.exe]

TCP 192.168.0.5:61099 52.242.20.174:https CLOSE_WAIT 8220

[Microsoft.HybridConnectionManager.Listener.exe]

TCP 192.168.0.5:61100 40.86.221.200:https CLOSE_WAIT 8220

[Microsoft.HybridConnectionManager.Listener.exe]

TCP 192.168.0.5:61101 40.69.97.99:https CLOSE_WAIT 8220

[Microsoft.HybridConnectionManager.Listener.exe]

TCP 192.168.0.5:61102 40.86.220.49:https CLOSE_WAIT 8220

[Microsoft.HybridConnectionManager.Listener.exe]

TCP 192.168.0.5:61103 40.86.223.67:https CLOSE_WAIT 8220

[Microsoft.HybridConnectionManager.Listener.exe]

TCP 192.168.0.5:61104 52.229.71.21:https CLOSE_WAIT 8220

[Microsoft.HybridConnectionManager.Listener.exe]

TCP 192.168.0.5:61105 52.229.71.21:https CLOSE_WAIT 8220

I've followed the troubleshooting steps from the document below. The connection appears to be ok.

I'd like to open a support ticket but it seems impossible to open a ticket for this issue through the support site. The support phone number just directs me to the website.

If anyone can help me with the issue or direct me in setting up a support ticket, that would be appreciated.
