How to Refresh the System Immediately After Modifying the Registry

I want to change the system theme color through the registry, but I find that the system does not refresh after modifying the registry, which requires me to restart the computer or restart the Explorer.
Can you change the color immediately after the change, as with system Settings, without restarting any applications?
