my computer freezes and gives a blue screen with the stopcode "DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION"

This problem has been persisting for the last few weeks and i heard that it might be related to a driver but i have checked most the drivers and they are updated
here are the event viewer details:
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000133 (0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000501, 0x0000000000000500, 0xfffff80760d05330). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: a686ea35-6f54-4849-aed8-93507b45f608.

    Please search for: c:\windows\memory.dmp

    Save the file to downloads.

    Zip the file.

    Post a separate share link with only the compressed memory dump file.
    (Make sure that the file is zipped or compressed before posting the share link)

    The memory dump file was corrupt.

    For any BSOD:

    a) Post a new V2 share link into the newest post

    b) Post a separate share link with the compressed memory dump

    When Windows crashes there may or may not be dump files.

    Debugging may be able to identify a misbehaving driver.

    If there is no dump file then it is harder to identify the cause of the crash.

    If there is a dump file but it is not readable then it is harder to identify the cause of the crash.

    With more crashes there are more opportunities to debug mini and memory dump files.

    There is a tool that may be able to be used to identify the misbehaving driver(s).

    At this time allow spontaneous crashes to create the dump files.

    Then post share links for new memory dump files.

    If the spontaneous method produces memory dump files that can be debugged then the cause of the crash may be identified.

    If the spontaneous method does not produce memory dump files or if it produces corrupt memory dump files then an alternative method may be able to be used to find the cause of the crashes.

    For any new BSOD:
    a) post a new V2 share link into the newest post
    b) search for C:windowsmemory.dmp > save to the downloads folder > zip > post a separate share link for the zipped memory dump

    3) Free up space on the Windows drive so that there is > 30 GB free space.

    4) Read this tutorial on Windows Driver Verifier (WDV):

    Learn the methods to recover from using the tool by booting into safe mode and running one or more of these commands:

    verifier /reset

    verifier /bootmode resetonbootfail

    Plan to run WDV for 48 hrs to detect misbehaving drivers and for an additional 24 hours after the last BSOD.

    Start the testing with these customized settings:

    a) Test all non-Microsoft drivers
    b) Test no Microsoft drivers
    c) Start the customized tests with the three tests displayed in the Ten Forums link

    If there is no immediate BSOD then open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:

    verifier /querysettings
