Can't reschedule exam

Question

I’m trying to reschedule my azure fundamentals exam. IT is Saturday. I realize I need a couple more weeks. When I click on the link it just takes me to my profile and no exam is shown for me to reschedule. I’m also trying to reschedule this on my ipad because my laptop is dead. I don’t think this is the issue though what’s going on?

Trying to reschedule Azure Fundamentals AZ-900.

Microsoft Certification / Exams is currently not supported in the Q&A forums.

Please navigate to the link below, signing in using the same account you used to schedule your exam with (if you aren't already signed in). There will be some delays while it redirects several times, so be patient and don't refresh the page:

This should take you to your Pearson Vue dashboard where you can see your appointment and reschedule it to different day.

sorry for late response. no go. this didn't work. Please send me the link again or please do it for me. This is getting ridiculous. I'm not sure why this is so hard. You guys need to streamline the process.
