Microsoft® ODBC Driver 13.1 for SQL Server is free?
I want to install this and use it in a company to business purposes, I want to know if is free in order to proceed and install it.
I ain't seeing any blog or post regarding it's pricing.

Microsoft ODBC driver for SQL Server is free of charge.
It is probably better to use a newer version of it: 17 or 18.

the driver is free, but the client needs a license to access the sqlserver. this will depend on the server edition installed, and licensing choices.

The driver is free, and the fee is for the Standard and Enterprise editions of SQL Server. You can use the latest Microsoft® ODBC Driver 18 and it is compatible with some previous versions of SQL Server. Please see this: SQL version compatibility
