Email to shared mailbox -> create file in sharepoint does not work

My test says this works, but no file is created in Sharepoint.

No files get added to Sharepoint like they're supposed to.

Any help appreciated.

Per my test, the flow works.

Please check the following two tips.

1.In the “When a new email arrives in a shared mailbox” trigger, the account in the connection you choose should be same as the account in the original mailbox address.
2.In the create file action, the connection you choose should have enough permission in the site collection.

Thanks @Emily Du-MSFT , but because I'm working with a shared resource here, it is not available as a login within the My connections box.

You could use an account that has permission to access mailbox in the connection.
