Remove unused Microsoft certification profile

Hello,

It seems that I have two private MS Learn accounts, each of which is linked to a distinct MS Certification profile. I have used only one of these two MS Certification profiles for my certifications and would like to remove the other one (=the one that is unused). How can I do that?
