Migrate SSRS users from one server to another

Question

I have some reports on one server which i'm migrating to another server. I would like to migrate users tied to those reports and assign users to the designated reports. Is there a way to do his programatically or do we have to this manually?

Hi,

Normally, you need to create the new user at the new Server. They are at the system level and won't be copied with SSRS server.

You could follow this article, and there are scripts in it that is useful for this scene. Move SQL Reporting Services to Another Server
