I mistakenly incurred charges over a 2 month period because I left a container running after a training exercise on my "free" account. I submitted an automated refund request, which refunded the first month. But when attempting the same automated refund process on the second month, I am getting an "Expedited refund limit reached. Submit a support request to get a refund. But I am unable to get out of the automated loop. How do I submit a support request that will avoid the automated denial and have a human evaluate my request?
