Hi, I was not able to find any information about this.
When (if at all) can we expect, say, text-davinci-003 to be available?

    Hello everyone,

    Thanks for posting questions here. I have double checked with product team member and confirmed that text-davinci-003 is now available in both East US and West Europe and it will be expanding. Currently there is no exact plan for other areas.

    You can find the availability here, I have shared the feedback that customers are interested in releasing plan. (West Europe has not been added to this doc since it was just dropped.)

    From Azure support ~ text-davinci-003 dropped over the weekend to east US, and should be available in south central US within a few weeks. (and chatgpt sometime in january as well?)
