Windows Defender Advanced Threat Protection logs 204gb in 3 months

Question

We have been running out of disk space in a number of our servers. This has been caused by huge log files recently created. Can these log files be deleted? How can we prevent these files from being created?

You may clean up via disk clean up if you click the cleanup system files option.

There is no configuration option of log files...you can at best evaluate log files before deletion and take step accordingly.
