I am currently trying to complete the AZ-9000 Training. I am currently in Describe the core architectural components of Azure, Unit 4 of 9, Exercise - Explore the Learn sandbox. When signing in on the right-hand side, I click sign in, choose my work account and after it looks as if I am signed in, it returns me to "Sign In" on the right-hand side and the sandbox never launches.

This is not a certification question. This is a question as to why the sandbox is caught in a constant loop as and I cannot log in. Why do you think I am asking about support for MS Certification? The first line in my typed question is: I am currently trying to complete the AZ-9000 Training. Am I missing something here?

Support for Azure Fundamentals learning paths is new to Microsoft Q&A but you are in the right spot! Are you familiar with using your browser's developer tools? Network activity may be very useful in determining what is going on here.
I am on my company's network and do not have any authority to do any troubleshooting on the network level.

same issue for me when trying to do the exercise.
Exercise - Create an Azure Virtual Machine
when i clicked on "activate sandbox", it says sandbox activated and i got the same error message as above in the right hand side and it goes into the login loop and nothing happens.

Solution - that worked for me
Right click on "Sign in" and then click "open in incognito window" and then click sign in again and it asked me to login and authenticate. the sandbox started working for me in incognito window

I suspect in these instances the credentials for another account is trying to be used which is causing a conflict (a work account and a personal account, for example). This is very helpful as we work to improve the sandbox experience moving forward.
Tried this solution in Edge, Firefox and Chrome, but didn't work for me, I'm still stuck in the same "Sign in" loop
