Hello,
I work for a Charter school system that uses OEM-DM authentication to install Windows 10(R) Pro on staff devices.
When trying to reinstall Windows on returned devices (several devices tested of 2 models) from termed staff I am only able to install the Home version where previously the USB media installation would successfully authenticate Windows Pro (R)
I have completed troubleshooting to confirm that this is an OEM issue and not an intune issue.
What would cause the verification to fail?

Hello, Maybe you can help me. My computer came with Wins 10 Home installed . I downloaded Wins 10 Pro, no license or product #. I have a new Wins 10 Home CD with license and product #. My ? is, How do I get rid of the Wins 10 Pro and get Wins 10 Home back where it was? Thanks in advance.. Jeff
