track biztalk with app dynamic

we want to monitor our BizTalk Application via app dynamic.
In services(services.msc), we are able to find biztalk host instances and we are able to track those host instances in app dynamics.
but we want to track receive port , send port, orchestration in app dynamics.
Can anyone please help on this ?
