Cannot access dev ops and accepting request does not work

Question

I have the project in my portal and was an admin in the app, but in devops it did not let me view the repos. I asked another admin to remove and re-add me to the project. When I try to accept the invitation, it goes through the process but it does not app the app to my azure dashboard. It also won't let me access the projects devops.
