SSO sign out/in loop

I am setting up SSO for team members in Azure. When I have it set, my users can sign in, authenticate, and use Zendesk just fine. I do see a lot of people have the sign out loop but mine issue is quite the reverse. When my users try to sign out, it signs them back in. Trying to sign out, you see the microsoft windows pop up, refreshes a few times quickly, and just gets signed back in.

Any help would be appreciated!

    Hi @Clifton Chong - Admin , is this document the one you followed to set SSO up? Please review these steps below and let me know what you find. I can help you more with some more information.

    • Is the sign-out URL correct?
    • Do you have multiple sign-in policies? They may be overwriting each other.
    • Are you using SAML? Please check that you don't have conflicting configurations.
    • Can you try this in different browsers with no plugins enabled?
