Missed Exams due to family emergency

Question

My aunt was recently admitted into the hospital, and I was there to be with her. As I was in the waiting room, I was checking my email and completely forgot about my exam that was scheduled for 5:15 pm today. I have tried to contact customer support to let them know about the situation and that I was not able to make it to take the exam on time. I was hoping I could re-schedule or get a refund for this exam, while I stay with my family during this time.

regarding your exam... Sorry, but this forum doesn't support questions around certifications and exams. There is a special forum (Microsoft Training Support) for this, please open a thread on that forum to get help there.
