    Hello there,

Some points you can try to sort this issue are listed below, try each one of them to see if they are helpful to you.

-Are there other anti-virus programs installed in your environment? Try adjusting or disabling the relevant supervision function to complete the update installation. -Look into the WindowsUpdate.log to see which file and which hash doesn't work.

I would first suggest you try getting the updates manually and see if you can install them. You can get the updates by KB number from the below link https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Home.aspx

You can also temporarily disable all your antivirus and try installing the updates.

If this manual update fails you can then try using the SFC & DISM command to check for any corrupted registries and try the update installation after the restart.

Here is the link for the scan commands https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/use-the-system-file-checker-tool-to-repair-missing-or-corrupted-system-files-79aa86cb-ca52-166a-92a3-966e85d4094e

Hope this resolves your Query !!
