Extend time before Certification

Hello

I participated in the Microsoft Ignite of 2022 and got a Microsoft Certification exam. I was wondering if there is anyway to contact microsoft to extend the time to use the certification somehow and where to contact them? Also. Is there anyway to see which Microsoft Certification exams i have to use? i think i have 2 atm.
