How can i get back my laptop permission back

So my laptop is like not my own now because i change wrong permission to administrator and is sing out my main account and after i googling and watch some youtube tutorial i went to startup and try to reboot my laptop but is said enter bitlocker so i search what is bitlocker and i went to microsoft support i search my bitlocker key but i can't find my bitlocker key so please microsoft is any information about that please reply me. and i can't reset my laptop.I run Acer Aspire A515-56

Okay, first question. If the laptop is not yours, why you trying to change Admin permissions? Did you borrow it? Who owns the laptop? Are you legally authorized to change the Admin settings of the device? If you answer these questions, I may help you out ASAP.
