When will i see my certificate?

I have completed my Az-400 exam on 03-Jan-2023 but still my certificate it not updated in transcript and atleast it does not show my past exams which i have attempted and completed the certification, still my certification updates are not updated in profile.

Can you please help me with the issue I am facing.
