How do i regain access to my outlook account

Question

I setup an outlook account, and enabled 2FA(using my mobile number and microsoft authenticator app). Few months ago, My phone was stolen, and i no longer have access to the authenticator app or the backup codes. When i attempt to login, it requests for me to approve the login request and I do not have access to the app.

Please how can i regain access to my account (considering i no longer have access to authenticator app or the backup codes)?
