The partner-center-general tag only handles questions about registering a developer account and publishing apps to the Microsoft Store. Your question seems to be more related to Azure, please try to ask azure support in azure dashboard.

Hi Royli,

While registering for Developer account to partner center we are facing issue. Also we required MPN to publised our app to the microsoft store.

@IS Team Got that. Please open a free support ticket here: Contact Us. Go to Contact us, find Non-Technical Support - Dashboard and choose CHAT NOW or SUBMIT AN INCIDENT. You could talk to the store team directly and confirm this behavior.

We are facing issue while registering for becoming microsoft partner we already verified with multiple contact numbers and proper format.
