I've tried more character strings in the listbox, but it works well as normal (a bit freeze was detected though). You'll notice the warning possible performance impact
when you select the dataset for your listbox, so it should have something to do with the performance issue. Since your organization only allows to use Edge, I guess it is impossible to perform a test in Chrome (which is also based on Chromium), but I'll offer as many suggestions as I can:
- Try turning off extensions if you have installed some. Extensions will have an impact on performance, too.
- Try VMs with better hardware. Mine for reference:
- Try updating your Reporting Services to newer versions.
