Removed authenticator and didnt made a backup

Question

I changed phones and forgot to remove the authenticator, i didnt make a cloud save and also didnt save the backup code, I sold My old phone already. Can someone please give me a solution? I Lost access to 7+ accounts

Two-factor is only tuned on or off at the service provider. Without a backup to restore from you'll need to work with each of the service provider's methods of account recovery.
