Scheduled Pearson MS-700 Exam not Appearing in my MS Learn Profile

When I recently updated my MS Learn profile with my original MC ID number, my scheduled exam for MS-700 disappeared from my profile. I needed to reschedule it for later this month. An Ingram-Micro voucher was also used for the test registration/purchase.

How can I associate the newer MS ID number that was assigned to me?
