My graphic designer set up hosting for my website but now he won't respond to my calls. I need to update PHP and have access to the host of my own site. How can I get this info? It's been convoluted to get to the point where it appears to hosted by Microsoft Azure. But now I don't know how to contact the right people to get me access. What can I do? Thank you.

Do you have full control over your website's domain name? For example, are you able to log on to your domain's registrar and make dns and other changes?

2023-01-10T06:51:24.803+00:00 Thank you. I have control over where the domain is registered. I am in contact with the DNS hoster but I'm not sure how they can help me. I have contacted both of these suppliers and they say they can't help. Hmmm

2023-01-10T18:09:13.93+00:00 Okay, having control over your domain is critical, since in worst case you may need to change your DNS entries and host your website somewhere else. Somewhere could be a different Azure subscription or a different provider altogether. Do you have backup copy of all your website files/data?
Is the Azure subscription your website is hosted in set up in your name, address, credit card for billing, etc., or someone else? If it's in a subscription owned by someone else I'm doubtful if Azure support would help you. It's worth asking them regardless.

2023-01-10T21:24:47.39+00:00 Thank you. It must be in the name of the graphic design company as they have never sent me an invoice. However the domain is in my name, DNS appears to be in my name, and a website search shows it's in my name. Can Azure just update the PHP as that appears to be the main issue?
