Do you have any operations before this issue occurred?
Have you tried to login Teams web client using InPrivate window to see if it works?
To troubleshoot this issue, it recommends you Browse to Azure Active Directory > Sign-ins in the Azure Active Directory admin center, and then select a specific user's sign-in activity. Look for the SIGN-IN ERROR CODE field. Map the value of that field to a failure reason and resolution by using the following table:
