How to generate a proper certification after pass MD100 and MD101

Hello,

I have passed MD100 and MD101, but I only see one score(MD101) when I logged in to the certification dashboard, the MD100 doesn't show up there, and I do have the passed score I have printed from the parson vue dashboard, can you look into it?
