Computer will only image as Windows 10 home

I purchased a computer for my business and it came pre-loaded with Windows 11 Home edition, but to join it to my domain I needed it to be back on Windows 10 pro. I have an image that I've used loads of time to load computers to Windows 10 pro, but when I attempt to load it onto this computer it just keeps imaging it to Windows 10 Home. I've completely formatted the hard disk but it still keeps doing it. Any advice on getting it to load Windows 10 pro?! I've also tried the reset PC options (quick and slow) found in the Windows setting, and manually deleted the product key before reimaging as well. It's an ASUS ROG laptop and I've looked through the BIOS to see if there's anything that could be pushing home on it but have been unable to locate anything.

Actually, no it is to get more info on the activation error. Looks like the key is problematic for some reason unknown to us.
