Swap Learning to My Home Account

Hi,

I am using my work email and I have my personal account linked. It has "(connected with certification profile)" next to it. When I try to log in with my personal account though it doesnt log me in, it just goes back to the home page and the top right still says Sign In. So, I have two questions please.

  1. What the the requirements on an account to be able to log into the MS Learn portal
  2. Is there any way to transfer my XP points from my work account to my personal account?

I have been looking around and so far, I have not been able to find this information, so I apologise in advance if I have just missed it.

Also, I couldn't find a tag that suited, so just picked one sorry.
