How do i transfer my subscription to a new computer

I am replacing a computer that currently has a Microsoft 365 subscription attached. How do i transfer the subscription to a new PC?

    Are you trying to Transfer Microsoft Office Pro-plus Subscription ? If Yes then try the following:

    1. From new device, go to https://portal.office.com/Account/#home and sign in using your work or school account, if prompted.
    2. From the Office apps & devices tile, Download and Install the app
    3. Sign in to the app.
    4. From any device, go to https://portal.office.com/Account/#home and sign in using your work or school account, if prompted.
    5. From the Office apps & devices tile, select View apps and devices.
    6. Under Apps & devices, select the down arrow next to DEVICES to view the devices where Office is installed.
    7. Select Sign out next to the device. It can take up to 72 hours for Office to detect that you signed out remotely.
